To the designer’s knowledge this Design is original and has not been replicated.

A Custom Design is equal to a work of art and is deemed secure while in any stage of the copyright process. Significant care and creativity has been given to your unique design, along with hours of manual and technical labor in preparing the piece for final presentation to you.

By accepting this design disclosure agreement you, as the buyer, signify that you understand that the design and the design rights belong to Zhanna Kens with Moda Productions Inc. Therefore, you promise not to alter the apparel in any fashion, changing the design, altering the fabric or adding attachments that take away from the original intent or
integrity of the original Custom Design.

In the event, for any reason, that you, the buyer has a problem with a particular area of the design, the integrity of the fabric, the fit, or the use of the design while performing, you agree to contact Zhanna Kens with Moda Productions Inc. for consultation and possible solutions to the design issue.

Any changes to the design must be done in consultation with and by Zhanna Kens with Moda Productions Inc.
The designer kindly requests that all references to the design be credited to the designer in all forms of printed material, voice interviews and presentations.
